Introduction

The first conlang relay was run on the Conlang list in 1999 (go here for more information), and since then, there have been 14 relays, and over a hundred participants, using tons of created languages.

For the Second Language Creation Conference, we decided to run our own conlang relay, with a twist: the relay was unveiled live at the conference. The experiment was successful, and we decided to keep it going with future LCC's.

So...what exactly is a conlang relay...?
