Notes: Or for me, at least. I’m going to brave the wilds of LA traffic during rush hour to attend a screening of the first episode of Game of Thrones. This one, I guess, is for people that worked on the show and their families. Should be fun! I’ll try to remember to take pictures this time (since I always forget to take pictures wherever I go), and if they’re any good, I’ll post them here.

You know, I was just thinking. It’s pretty wild that Kamakawi has only five vowels with no length distinction. I guess that’s what languages like Spanish have, but they also have a bunch of consonants. And while there are natlangs with smaller inventories than Kamakawi’s, it’s still pretty small. So it goes.
